⏰ Gates open at 5PM (Eastern)

🚪ENTRANCE & ARRIVAL

Gates Open: 5:00 PM

Parking: Look for balloon banners and signage. Limited parking—rideshare, taxis, or drop-offs are highly recommended.  Expect heavy traffic after 7PM and delays exiting. Plan ahead and bring patience.

Balloon Set-Up: Begins around dusk if winds are under 12–14MPH and no rain. May start earlier if conditions allow.

📲 Stay Updated: Scan posted QR codes or visit BalloonShows.com and click “This Weekend’s Show” for live weather and schedule updates.

🎇 MAIN EVENT – 9:00 PM

A breathtaking 45-minute combined display of:

🎈 Hot Air Balloon Glow – Balloons light up in sync to music during our epic countdown.

🌟 Spectacular Laser Show – Lighting up the night sky.

🛸 Drone Light Show – A jaw-dropping aerial performance both nights, perfectly choreographed with the glow and lasers.

🎟️ BALLOON RIDES – $35 (Cash or Card)

 Operate only in calm winds under 8MPH and no rain.

How to Ride: Scan QR code at entrance or visit BalloonShows.com to join the ride queue.

Ride Status Flags:

🟡 Yellow = On Hold | 🟢 Green = Go

FAST PASS: Skip the line—go directly to the Balloon Ride Tent.

🌧WEATHER POLICY

If balloons/kites cannot fly due to rain/wind, the Laser Show at 9PM still happens.

Friday Tickets: If launches don’t happen, valid again Saturday.  Saturday Tickets: If balloons don’t launch, valid for next year’s event or any affiliated Balloon Festival.

Drone Weather Policy: Drones will not operate in rain or winds above 20MPH. Any delays or cancellations will be announced on-site and online.

🎠 KIDS ZONE

Bounce houses, rides, and games (additional fees, weather permitting).

🎶 LIVE MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT

Nonstop beats and performances from our live DJ at the central stage.

🚻 RESTROOMS

Clean and monitored restrooms located throughout the grounds (see map).

🪑SEATING & SITE RULES

Bring your own chairs; use designated seating areas.  No blocking vendor booths.  Umbrellas only—no tents.  No outside food/drinks/coolers; all bags subject to search.

🎟️ VIP & ACCESSIBILITY

VIP Seating: Near Balloon Ride Tent. Bring chairs, enjoy free refreshments, and a great show view with dedicated restrooms.

Handicap Parking: Available with placard and ticket, based on availability.
